It’s important to nurture friendships and mother-daughter relationships. We can think of no way better to do that than spending an hour finding that mindful Zen during an invigorating yoga class and then enjoying a bottle of locally-produced wine. Start your day with a class at Sacred Spaces Yoga & Pilates Studio in historic downtown Gardner, then visit one of two nearby wineries (KC Wine Co. or White Tail Run Winery), sipping any of a dozen or more varietals – something to please everyone’s palate. Regardless of which order you choose to visit, you can’t go wrong in Gardner.

Kansas City, KS For all of your wine-filled girls day out needs, head to Rowe Ridge Winery where you’ll find the perfect patio to sip on locally made wine, relax and watch the sunset over the vineyards.
