Kansas City will host six International matches in the coming weeks, and will be home to four team delegations throughout the tournament. In addition to Kansas City’s Official FIFA Fan Festival™, there will be more than 22 watch parties happening across the region in June and July, PLUS lots of summer festivals, history, art, shops, restaurants, and more to explore. The excitement is building metro-wide, and we invite you to join KC Destinations for all the fun!

Kansas City’s Official FIFA Fan Festival™ will take place on the grounds of the National WWI Museum and Memorial. This 18-day celebration is where the heart of the game comes alive. Don't miss live concerts from top artists like The Chainsmokers and the All-American Rejects, plus global food and beverage options. Entry to the FIFA Fan Festival™ is free with advance registration and will be open the following dates:

Led by the Go North KC initiative of Clay and Platte Counties, the Northland communities have partnered to host a coordinated series of seven public watch parties – the GOoooal North KC Series. Each reflecting the unique personality, culture, and local pride of its host city. While each event stands on its own, together they form a regional tour that blends international soccer excitement with distinctly local flavor.
Across all stops, fans can expect a consistent, family-friendly foundation: large-format screens broadcasting live World Cup matches, enhanced sound systems for an immersive viewing experience, and welcoming spaces designed for all ages. Community-specific elements add variety and character, making each stop feel fresh while still part of a shared regional celebration.

Americana & Ales is a free outdoor music festival coming to Downtown Shawnee on June 20, bringing together live music, local flavor, and community celebration. The festival will feature 10 live Americana bands performing from 2-11 p.m. in the Shawnee City Hall parking lot and inside the historic Aztec Shawnee Theater, including a special performance by Grammy Award-winning artist Bronwyn Keith-Hynes. At 7 p.m., the music will pause for a soccer match Watch Party before the evening performances continue. Guests can also enjoy a ticketed craft beer festival from 12- 4 p.m. featuring regional breweries, with beer available for purchase throughout the concert.
