Dive into the diverse sounds and experiences waiting to be discovered right in your own backyard, with a plethora of regional events lined up for 2024.

Bonner Springs: This summer, Bonner Springs is going to be the place to get your country music fix!  The Country Stampede Music Festival has relocated to Azura Amphitheater for the three-day music festival from June 27-29. Headline artists for each night have been announced and will include Jon Pardi, Riley Green and Chris Janson. Additional artists include Billy Currington, Randy Houser, Locash, Jackson Dean, Dillon Carmichael, Neon Union and Drew Green. Tickets are on sale now for the event.

In August, Bonner Springs will present the annual Tiblow Days Celebration with a line up of “new country/red dirt country” artists! Avery Stinnett, a regional country artist, will headline the Saturday, August 24 evening show with a host of other up-and-coming artists performing throughout the weekend of August 23 and 24. Visit www.TiblowDays.com for more information as it is released.

Leavenworth: Leavenworth is always awash in emerald for St. Patrick’s Day. Our celebration will begin a little early this year with events like the Legend of the Leprechaun Scavenger Hunt on March 16, a family-friendly romp through our historic downtown in search of hidden gold. On the actual day, everyone’s a little bit Irish at our 41st annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which we like to cap off with a visit to one of our craft breweries. You might stop by 11worth Station BrewHouse to wish them a happy one-year anniversary, as they made their grand debut in 2023 after the 40th parade.

Meanwhile, the approach of spring means the return of the First City Film Festival, bringing a full slate of locally made features as well as international shorts, animation and documentaries to Leavenworth March 21-24. The arrival of a new season also gets us in the spirit for garden shows, Easter egg hunts, agritourism adventures and other outdoor pursuits. This spring break, you’ve got plenty of reasons to make a break for Leavenworth!
